The Companies Law provides for the dissolution and liquidation of companies, the aim of which is, broadly speaking, to terminate the corporate existence of a Company. Pursuant to the Companies Law, companies may be dissolved for certain specific reasons,
Including:
⚖️ The completion of the company's objectives;
⚖️ merger;
⚖️ Expiry of the term of the company as set out in its constitutional documents;
⚖️ The unanimous approval of the partners to terminate its duration; or
⚖️ Depletion of all or most of the company's assets which makes the beneficial investment of the remainder impossible
